Chandpur Disabled Peoples Organization to Development (Chandpur DPOD) is a Disabled Peoples Organization (DPO) working in Chandpur district of Bangladesh. This organization is a non-political, non-government, self-reliant, sustainable organization led by persons with disabilities, and which is implementing activities by member-based, representation of persons with disabilities. The organization was established with the aspiration that a person with disabilities being independent and barrier free can contribute to the development of the country and the nation through their self-initiative, from an integral part of the family and society on the basis of equality. The main goal of the organization is to make development worthwhile and appropriate by prioritizing the task of ensuring equality, such as equal rights, equal participation, equal opportunity & equal dignity as all citizen.
